Green Fairy Drinkery is a woman owned and operated business ran by Chloe Vitrano. Chloe is a professional bartender and mixologist born and raised in Los Angeles, California. Chloe began learning her craft in Louisiana while attending school, and takes inspiration from classic New Orleans cocktails. Chloe makes all of her own syrups using fresh and in-season produce and uses fresh squeezed organic juices for all of her cocktail creations.

The city of New Orleans sparked Chloe’s interest in absinthe, the original “green fairy”. Absinthe is an overproof spirit that has a notable anise flavor, which comes from a mix of medicinal and culinary herbs, plants, and flowers. Chloe offers the service of the “absinthe ritual”, which is the traditional way to drink and consume absinthe.
